Alicia Rothe

Alicia Rothe“My success as an advocate isn’t measured by the specific placement outcome of the vulnerable child. My success comes from being a constant in that child’s life and speaking up for them in court while helping to provide a safe and loving home for them to thrive. I celebrate the amount of healing that can take place and recognize that love is a mighty force for change.”

Alicia Rothe has been involved with CASA as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children for the past 9 years, the first 7 years, of which were committed to Dallas CASA and most recently she has joined efforts with CASA of Collin County for the past 2 years. She specializes as a bilingual volunteer Guardian Ad Litem, representing the best interest of foster children and giving them a voice in court. She is passionate about the cause and is constantly looking for ways to give her time and talents to spread awareness for the foster community and their specific needs.

Having been introduced to CASA through her affiliation with Junior League of Dallas, Alicia has had the opportunity to serve among many non-profit organizations in the Dallas community. She holds a BS degree from the University of Utah in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. Her humanitarian endeavors have stretched across nations from the Canary Islands, Spain to Mozambique, Africa, where she was able to immerse herself in the poverty-stricken communities to help alleviate suffering, promote self-reliance, and instill hope. Alicia currently resides in a suburb of Dallas, TX, with her husband and three children.
